A Few Things to Know Before You Book

  • We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. This helps us keep spots available for others who may need them.

  • For online sessions, you’ll receive a secure link 30–60 minutes before your appointment.

  • If your appointment is on a weekend, evening, or holiday, your counsellor will meet you at the building entrance to let you in.

  • We’ve recently moved to a new unit in the same building—please come to Suite 406 for your session.
